04022019-2147. The Societal Development Framework in Sustainable Organic Food Systems, Healthy Lifestyles and Consumption in the Era of Organic 3.0

I presented the above heading in the IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) Asia Organic Youth Forum International Conference in New Taipei, Taiwan Hilton Hotel on March 28, 2019.

It’s a 25 minutes presentation with 56 slides. The presentation started on the Lens of Modern Societal Development with strategic human values of conscience, competence and compassion – that human conscience is the foundation of building internal conscience-based competence to generate compassion for the True Sustainable Organic Agriculture Development beyond Organic Farming and to produce Modern Family Farms and Modern Practitioners and Modern Professors in the academe among others.

The most important part of this paper is the visualization of the Foundational Principles in societal development framework to the three key development stages in Organic 1.0, Organic 2.0 and Organic 3.0 and its connectivity to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 with Best Living Examples of Organic 3.0 operationalization from Sikkim, India and Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte and Bislig City, Surigao del Sur of the Philippines recognized by United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements)-Organics International/Asia.

Finally the paper specifically reported the application of the societal development framework in the PHILIPPINES with LOAMC-PH(League of Organic Agriclture Municipalities and Cities in the Philippines) and its key partners SFI(SEAOIL Foundation Inc) and DA-ATI(Department of Agriculture -Agricultural Training Institute) through the 
LOAMC-PH Strategic Development Plan 2022 Target of 1.2 M hectares Organic land in conversion with process-based legalization of at least 120 Municipal/City-wide Investment Master Plans of its member municipalities and cities.
